This notice explains the current Flowline service-request path through Cal.com. It does not describe a photo-upload feature; the current booking form does not accept attachments.

Information submitted through Cal.com

When you request a 15-minute intake slot, Cal.com collects the information shown in its form, including your name, email, phone number if requested, property ZIP, issue details, selected time and any consent choices. Cal.com displays Julian Williams as the scheduling account organizer. The intake slot is not a plumbing appointment.

Cal.com processes booking details to provide the scheduling service. See Cal.com’s privacy policy for its current data practices. Flowline receives the request through its Cal.com account and booking notification email at flow-line@outlook.com, and uses it to review and coordinate the inquiry.

Sharing with a plumbing business

Flowline may share relevant contact and issue details with an independent plumbing business only when you have given permission for that specific inquiry. We identify the business before sharing. The provider then handles its own assessment, quote, appointment and service. A request or intake slot does not establish a plumbing appointment.

Photos and sensitive details

Photo attachments are not currently available in the Cal.com form. Do not send highly sensitive information or details unrelated to your plumbing request. If a provider requests a photo, confirm the business’s identity and share it directly with that provider through a contact method you choose.

How to ask about your information

For a question about a Flowline inquiry, contact flow-line@outlook.com. Cal.com booking data is also subject to Cal.com’s privacy policy and the settings of the scheduling account. This notice does not state a retention period; Flowline will respond to reasonable access or deletion requests and review any related booking records.

Website and hosting

The website hosting platform may process technical request information needed to deliver and protect the site. Google Fonts may receive connection information when font files are requested. Flowline has not added advertising pixels, analytics scripts or marketing cookies to this website.
