PEOPLE & CREDENTIALS

Know the business.
Know what you’re approving.

Before agreeing to a visit, identify the independent plumbing business that will assess, quote and perform the work. A logo, brand photograph or phone conversation is not credential verification.

Provider selection checklist

Business and license identity
Match the license holder, qualified business and relevant license status to the business offering the work. Check the official Florida record.
Insurance evidence
Request current evidence appropriate to the work and business. A statement that a business is insured is different from checking its documents and current coverage.
Coverage and availability
Confirm the actual property address, accepted service category and appointment window. A service area or business schedule does not establish capacity for a particular job.
Quote and follow-up
Ask who issues the quote, how extra work is approved, who handles questions afterward and which warranty terms apply.

For independent plumbing businesses

Flowline’s provider discussions cover service capabilities, actual address coverage, capacity, credential evidence and written commercial terms. An expression of interest does not establish an approved partnership or authorize a job.
